My Philosophy
My mission is simple: help you build a physique you can keep—no matter how hectic life gets. Anyone can stay lean and get jacked when they have nothing else to do, but life doesn’t work like that. Real success is doing it when careers, travel, and stress crowd the calendar.
Coaching should leave you self-reliant. Everyone’s schedule, palate, and priorities are different, so my plans are never copy-and-paste. I don’t just change things, I teach you the “why” behind every tweak and adjustment, so you stay dialed-in long after our time together, even when conditions aren’t perfect.
When it comes to food, I’m flexible because diets move through “seasons.” Sometimes you want clean, straightforward meals with an occasional treat out; other times you’d rather re-create those treats at home in a macro-friendly way. And sometimes you don’t want to track at all, you just want to know how to eat intuitively without falling off the rails.
For my cookbook: I was sick of searching for recipes and buying cookbooks just to find the same recycled 10 items and regurgitated recipes (Name me 1 low calorie cookbook that doesn’t have a burrito, pizza, or ninja creami recipe LOL) or just ten random ingredients mixed into a “low-calorie slop”. So my goal is too pronged:
Make food you’d be proud to cook, serve, and eat (without wrecking your macros)
Give lesser known or under-appreciated dishes their moment in the spotlight
Most people fall off diet because the foods they actually crave are missing, so I rebuild those overlooked dishes in my “around-the-world” series, alongside other recipes that I also enjoy and think you could too.
